“YO DECIDO” es un proyecto organizado por la Fundación EQUIS, que busca sensibilizar, a través del cine, sobre el derecho al acceso al aborto que tenemos las mujeres, niñas y otras personas con capacidad de gestar en Ecuador.

“YO DECIDO” es un proyecto organizado por la Fundación EQUIS, que busca sensibilizar, a través del cine, sobre el derecho al acceso al aborto que tenemos las mujeres, niñas y otras personas con capacidad de gestar en Ecuador.
¿CÓMO FUE EL PROCESO?
En enero 2023 se realizó una convocatoria nacional dirigida a jóvenes entre 18 y 30 años, con la propuesta de realizar cortometrajes creativos y positivos que traten sobre la temática. El resultado fueron 71 postulaciones de 17 ciudades del Ecuador.
Del total de postulaciones, las tres miembros del jurado seleccionaron a 10 participantes, quienes tuvieron aproximadamente un mes para crear sus cortometrajes, participando por los siguientes reconocimientos:
- Primer incentivo: $1.500
- Segundo incentivo: $750
- Tercer incentivo: $750
- Cuarto incentivo: $300
- Quinto incentivo: $300
